- It is customer’s responsibility vehicle and report/record damages at the time of taking the delivery of the car. Any complaints later on will not be entertained
- Every car return is given 1 Hour as grace period and beyond which system automatically calculates taking into account for one additional day

- Prices are calculated based on the destination discussed at the time of booking. Any changes to be shared with us and it might impact the prices and RTO regulations
- ALL cars are insured bumper to bumper for the safety of the individual, third party and the vehicle and insured amount varies from vehicle to vehicle. But usually it is high
- Any damages internal or external, including tyres will be recovered from the customer’s safety deposit and if it exceeds, the customer will have to pay up additional amount. the decision to apply insurance in such matters lies with the provider and Asian Travel Can’t interfere in the matter
- Per day 150Kms is allowed any additional Kms are at extra cost. Some cities may have lesser/more number of Kms per day.
- Maximum speed allowed is 100Kms/Hr Over speeding may result in a penalty of Rs.1500/offence.
- No Alcohol or Smoking is allowed in our luxury fleet. If not returned in clean condition cleaning charges will be applied or more depending on severity.
- All local taxes, tolls, parking tickets, traffic violations are paid by the customer. Any serious traffic violations may attract additional fine for jeopardising the public safety
- Fuel to be borne by customer. All rides are full tank to full tank. Fuel at actual will be charged if not on return as an additional charge.
- Any damages related expenses will be completely borne by the customer at the time of return, it will be either deducted from the deposit or it will be billed after the trip
- Causing damage will attract additional charges for downtime as the vehicle may become unusable for other customers and causing loss to the company
- Complete address where the car will be parked (Street parking is not allowed and will be detected by the GPS system and may attract additional penalties)
- Send your DL and Adhaar copies to us by email before the date of journey
- We charge each way fee for Pick Up and delivery of the vehicles.
- Failing to return as per the agreed time may result in runtime penalty which may completely deduct the entire safety deposit amount for causing loss of booking and hindrance in administrative work.
- Refund of the deposit may take up to 2 working days after the complete evaluation of the car and its running tracking as per the system. In case of any damages it may take additional time if the car has sped or damaged or entered in any kind of negotiation, this might further extent as the company will have to get necessary clearances from the authorities and operations
- Car can’t be abandoned on the road or anywhere without informing Asian Travel and taking approval. This may result in impounding the security deposit and further legal action for negligent behaviour
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- We usually have a good mix of latest and previous generations of cars in the fleet we thrive to send you the latest edition but based on the availability and can’t guarantee the new ones always. If you have specific requirements for certain models, please call us and specify the requirement so that we can explore the serviceability.
- Any cancellation initiated by the customer will have a 10% charge at all times. Any cancellation initiated by customer within 24hrs of the scheduled time will be 100% charged. any cancellation initiated by Asian Travel for any operational reasons are refunded 100% at all times
- Safety of our vehicle, chauffer and passenger is utmost important to us. If in case we feel contractual or safety standards are compromised for whatever reason, we may retrieve the car and the chauffer unconditionally, refunds are subject to further evaluation.
- In case of any communicational riots, natural disaster or any other threats chauffer encounter during the trip, we may call back the car without any prior notification to the customer.
- In case if the car is used for any illegal activities, the customer will be completely responsible for the entire issue including the compensation to us.
- Cars are issued to the person who contacts and sends details to Asian Travel. If at any point we found that the car is being driven by a different person or used for a different purpose, we can cancel the trip abruptly and recall the car without any refunds.
- All calculations of time and distance are from garage to garage for both driven by chauffer and Self Drive.
- We reserve the right to refuse bookings or on- boarding without any explanations as per our safety and security standards even if the booking has been received.
- These T&C are constantly updated the latest conditions are applied even if it is not available in the invoice at the time of booking.
- In chauffer driven cars, maximum driving duration is for 12Hrs and 300Kms only [whichever occurs first]. We reserve the right to stop the journey because it is not safe for neither the chauffer nor the car for prolonged journeys
- Our chauffeurs must be treated with respect, dignity and humility. Abusing them in any matter might lead to legal action against the customer.
- Customer name used in the booking invoice will finally be responsible for all T&C mentioned here in order to return the car in the condition given.
- Any damages caused or violation of traffic rules may result in profuse delay in refunds.
